Individual Coaching Sessions
Regardless of which coaching series you feel would suit you best, we start by examining the emotions you’re experiencing and then work together to create a realistic plan that will lead you on your healing journey.
As you move through the process, you will notice some shifts that will enable you to heal and begin to envision a new chapter of life filled with hope and purpose.
You will be given specific strategies, tools and resources to aid your recovery. In applying and using them, you will be better able to handle the challenges, overcome your anxiety and fears, and develop deeper, more meaningful connections with others.
Working through any major change in life takes time and everyone has their own time frame. Just know this — the reward is so worth the effort.
When you’re ready to begin your journey toward recovery and feeling good again, I will guide you every step of the way.
You need not fear feeling vulnerable, embarrassed or ashamed — I will listen without judgement. My role is to walk alongside you in your journey and allow you space to recover.
Group Coaching Series
Group Coaching derives its energy from the collective support, wisdom and experience of its members. Groups are kept small and its member share a common focus to provide mutual support and help with recovery. The group is managed by a professional coach.
As a group member, you are given space to bring an issue to the group for support and discussion.
This allows you to explore the issue from different perspectives through active listening and supportive, open questions.
Based on the collective insights gained, appropriate action steps and commitments to the group to report back on your progress.
