Believe It or Not,
You CAN Recover from a Significant Loss…
…and Create a Life You LOVE

Widow Grieving

You’re grieving due to the loss of someone you loved because of divorce, death, or breakup.

You may be feeling broken… scared… isolated. Your heart is shattered in a million pieces, your tears never seem to stop and you feel like the pain is unending.

You don’t know what to do next.

Most likely your family and friends keep saying things like “… give it time… you’ll get over it.”

It doesn’t feel that way.

Grief is not something to cure, as though it’s a disease. Sorrow isn’t something you get over. It’s something you go through. It’s dark and ugly and it doesn’t ever fully leave you.

Yet… it’s possible for you to survive — even thrive — and live a joyful, purposeful life.

What makes me say this when you feel like that can’t possibly happen?

Because I’m a widow who suddenly and unexpectedly lost my husband — and it rocked my world. Yet, out of my grief, I learned how to heal and gradually walk from the darkness into a life full of light and love.

You’re not alone, sweet broken friend.

You still have so much life to live.

You need to know that one day you’re going to be okay. You need a safe place to cry… someone to walk with you… listen to you… and you will learn how to live again.

There’s a beacon of hope…

I’d love talk with you.
